The world's mightiest country feels threatened by refugees? Did it forget its history?

President Trump's executive order of banning refugees belies everything that America stands for including its economic policies. The share of economic greatness that immigrants brought to America cannot be equated to anything. Though small in number they have created history and history can never be denied access.

An amalgamation of people of various faiths, languages and cultures have made America what it is today. By denying those whose intrinsic mental capabilities need a freer environment to bloom Trump is not only being cruel, he is likely to harm the 'economic environment' of US.

Let us look at the economic greatness that the refugees brought to the US.

Sergey Brin's parent company, Alphabet with a market capitalization of $533 billion, is now America's second most economically powerful company. Brin immigrated to the US from the Soviet Union in 1979.

Jan Koum and Max Levchin, co-founders of Whattsapp and Paypal immigrated to the US from Ukraine. Whatsapp is the revolutionary free messaging service that the world depends on now. No guesses on the number of users, since it is 'FREE' and the revenue it brings to its Facebook owner. Facebook purchased Whatsapp in February 2014 for approximately $19 billion.

Max Levchin the founder of Paypal, the online payments system that supports online money transfers and serves as the best alternative to cheques and money orders internationally.

Not to forget the brain capitalism that migrated to the US way back during the world wars when Jews and other communities fled from Germany and other Nazi-occupied territories. Most of the Jews that settled in America after fleeing Germany were awarded the Nobel Prizes in Physical Sciences.
